Hi, I’m Debs Garvin, the founder of Soul Harmony Yoga – a little about me

I am a qualified Dru Yoga Teacher & have practiced yoga for 24 years and been teaching for 9 years. I have a Masters Degree in Holistic Health and a Diploma in Parapsychology and I am currently studying a Masters in Social Work at the University of Western Australia where I currently reside. I stay grounded in my approach by staying in touch with the latest research and have studied extensively to ensure my practice is based on both knowledge and experiential.

My approach to teaching

I incorporate techniques into my teaching such visualisations, healing relaxations, chakra rebalancing, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) and guided meditations as a way of exploring the relationship with body, breath, emotion, mind and spirit.
My classes and workshops reflect the patterns and seasons of nature to help you to become aware of, and more in tune with, the natural rhythms of the world around you. My intention in my teachings is to take you to a deeper level within yourself and gently guide to accept and naturally release what no longer serves you.
