I’ve put this course together during the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic. The course includes some of my favourite outdoor filming locations, for our online yoga classes, which we filmed in Western Australia. The filming of these classes was a huge adventure for myself and my husband as we left the UK with no fixed plans in 2016 and, via a month holiday in Thailand, moved to Western Australia.
This course tells our story of this adventure via each yoga class and I’ve included some pictures of the surrounding areas and our adventures around the time of filming.
With this course I hope to inspire you to:
- Complete a weekly yoga class and
- perhaps plan some kind of adventure for yourself along the way if you wish. This could be plans for a journey you have always wanted to do but never had time to consider and work out the ‘how’
- or an internal journey of your yoga and meditation experience by committing to a weekly practice for 6 weeks.

This lesson is designed to take start to connect on a deeper level with your whole body and begin your mind & body connection to bring you back to the present moment. The key principles of this class are core stability and alignment. Class Length: 22 minutes (excluding relaxation)

This lesson is designed to bring strength and flexibility into your thighs and the trunk of your body. The key principle in this lesson is to use your yoga practice to release tension and emotions from your body. We can use our Yoga practice to change how we feel as we release tension and stress from the body. Class length: 22 minutes (excluding relaxation).
Online Yoga Class: Balancing your nervous system5 of 5
This online yoga lesson is designed to take you through a Yoga class specifically focused on balancing your nervous system. Try this class if you are feeling you need to stop but instead, you keep finding things to do to keep you busy or if you are avoiding taking time for your yoga practice but you know deep down you will ultimately benefit from it. Class length: 48 minutes (excl. relaxation).
