You’ll find a list of shorter yoga classes here  These classes are designed to give you an opportunity to practice a shorter Yoga session but still manage to fit time for you into your day.

Due to our lifestyle habits, you may want to have shorter yet more frequent yoga classes to experience the many benefits of practising yoga.

What I love about these classes is you can extend them and add meditations and get really creative about how YOU want your Yoga practice to be for that day depending on how you feel.
