This class is designed to take you through a few exercises over 11 minutes to set you up for the day and give your body a good move around to help your organs to release a few toxins. It’s a really important part of having a healthy lifestyle and detoxing is something that can be included a few times per year to love your body and give it a well deserved rest.
Rebalancing Yoga & Meditation Class3 of 13
You’ll be taken through some great stretches to open and expand your body so you can release tension from your physical body, whilst helping your mind and emotions to calm. In this class you will practice the Sun Salute Sequence in the style of Dru yoga which is a beautiful and flowing version of the sun sequence.
How to be grounded and centred4 of 13
This class is based on a set of movements to gently awaken your body and mind and prepare you or your day. As we ease out any tightness and tension we link the breath to the movements, engaging your nervous system, to bring a sense of peace and calmness into your thoughts. Time required: 12 minutes
Spinal flexibility in 4 easy movements5 of 13
This is a 10-minute gentle online yoga class to guide you through moving your spine in all four directions to ensure your whole back is stretched and strengthened.
Gentle exercises to strengthen your core and back muscles6 of 13
This 8 minute video will teach you where your core muscles are and how to gently strengthen them with awareness and without the need of high impact exercise. As you strengthen your core muscles you will also begin to strengthen your lower back and train your brain to activate your core muscles when they are needed. This Short Restorative Yoga Video. The video will take you through an 8 minute easy session to bring you back to a calm and peaceful space. The magic is in moving the body with the breath. As we do this your autonomic nervous begins to move into the parasympathetic mode which makes you feel calm, relaxed and balanced. It’s a great session to boost your immune system during the cold winter months or allow your body to relax and re-nourish from the heat of summer.
