In our Yoga and meditation practice we often come to a beautiful space of peace and tranquillity and we know that all is well regardless of what is going on in our world.

This course explores this experience in greater depth and questions who we are (as well as our personality and physical body) on a deeper level. It will help to identify what you need to gently clear to enhance your lovely self and bring you into a space of self- love and acceptance.

Asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), relaxation, meditation and chanting all relate to and change our various different layers of experience which in Yoga are called Koshas. These include our physical body, our breath, our intellect and thoughts, our emotions and the deepest aspect of ourselves often referred to as our Soul, higher Self/Consciousness etc or experienced as a deep peaceful space within where we feel truly balanced and content within ourselves and feel able to deal well with the ups and downs of life.

This course is a practical course to understand the philosophy and the practice and how we can use both knowledge and practice to regularly bring ourselves back to this space in a creative and nurturing way.  When we incorporate these practices into our everyday life it takes on a whole new meaning as we become directed by our love and positivity rather than being directed by our fear.

The course is designed to work alongside your regular yoga class so you can enhance your experience through the practice of a regular yoga class.

Modules include: Yoga, Pranayama, Guided Chakra Clearing and tools to heal and rebalance your mind, body and Soul.
