Our Yoga in the Workplace online yoga classes will help you keep a clear head, reduce neck and back pain. As you release tension your body will naturally release negative emotions so you feel centred, focused and balanced. With a clear and focused mind and a relaxed body you will work better, feel better and feel more fulfilled in your everyday life.

There are 2 classes in this Course:

  1. Yoga to release neck tension and clear your mind
  2. A quick calming yoga class

Each class is designed to be done either seated or in a small space. You do not need a yoga mat for these classes.
