It records who has subscribed and unsubscribed and the date and time this occurs. This information is useful for us to see what information readers like. I use this information to develop further resources for my website, blogs and newsletters.

We use the double opt in feature in Mailchimp so you know you are consenting to your name and email being stored so you can receive monthly newsletters and occasional marketing emails about our current offers. Our intention is to let you know about resources you can use to live a balanced, healthy and peaceful life.

You are free to unsubscribe at any time and all your data will be deleted.

Website:

Current databases and plugins are used within my website for functionality purposes. They are:

Registering on the website – Name, email, date and time registered, what you registered for e.g. Membership or Free Trial classes, your IP address (We are awaiting new coding to change this function to be inline with GDPR), your passwords which are encrypted and not available for us to view.

LMS Lifter- This is the plugin we use for the online courses we have on our website. When you sign up to any of the courses on the website the plugin shows us which courses and lessons people are using, the date they last accessed the website. The Plugin encrypts your IP address and this changes each time you come back to the website too.

Google Analytics– We use this to make sure that the new materials and resources we are producing are based on what people have liked in the past. This ensures we are getting the needs of our audience and helping as many people, who choose to use us, to stay balanced, healthy and peaceful. This is the intention with all of our work and marketing strategies. Our Google Analytics Data Retention setting is set at 14 months which means if you don’t access our website for 14 months all associated generic data will be removed e.g. gender identification, technology being used etc as mentioned above.

We have GADWP Exact Mertics linked to my website. This shows us the following data without storing IP Addresses: Where the user is referred from eg generic social media or email, the number of sessions of generic users, the number of generic page views, the location of user based on country, generic pages used and the technology and brands of technology generic people use. We also use Dashboard which shows us more specific information such as which posts people are reading and what people are looking at based on our social media posts and blogging. We can see which gender is linking to our materials and resources. We also see which main social media posts people are referred from such as Facebook and Twitter.

Pop Up Forms – Free Online Taster Classes

When you sign up for our Free Online Classes you information will be used in the same way as described ‘registering on the website’ above. In addition we use MailMuch as a Plugin to create our opt in form. Your name, IP address (I’ve emailed MailMunch about this) and the date and time you signed up will be stored as data. You’ll be given the option from here to opt in for our newsletters which summarises all the resources I’ve created in the pervious month to help you stay balanced, healthy and peaceful. If you choose to sign up to the Mailing list please see Mailing List information about how we use your data and why we do this.

Once you have signed up to the MailMuch form there is a timeline created in the MailMunch Plugin which shows us the date and time you signed up and if you chose to subscribe to the main mailing list. It will also highlight any emails which have been sent to you based on your sign up. There will be up to 3 emails sent to you after you have signed up to let you know about our services and resources which you may find useful and beneficial. You are welcome to unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time. If you unsubscribe all your data will be permanently deleted.
