Permission to be your true nature around change?

Changing nature 3

Our changing natures

Do you always give yourself permission to be your true nature around change?

The next few blogs are around discovering your own process of change and how you can make it even easier. First up it is important to notice…

What is your true nature around change?
How do we go about it as an individual and what makes it a success for ourselves? When can we celebrate this change and for what reasons?

After talking to friends over many years I have discovered there are a wide range of opinions on this subject ranging from appreciating the moment as it is and not needing to make change
at all (the more we appreciate life, the better we feel about it) to making great lengthy plans to satisfy our need to implement change for the good of ourselves and the greater good of the planet.

What’s your style? Do you find yourself in endless pursuit of change or do you feel a sense of appreciation of who you have become thereby completing the cycle of change?Changing nature 2

Within my yoga classes we discuss making positive changes and creating a life that feels really fulfilling. This in itself seems sometimes to be an endless pursuit- or maybe this is just my nature in itself- going from one goal to the next- chasing endlessly to create and make change. Perhaps the experience of reaping the rewards of creating change keeps me going. I do feel that the process has become less over the years and the changes I make are maybe smaller although saying that I’m in the process of totally refining my business which is massive but it’s a change which I really enjoy creating rather than feeling I have to fix something within myself- maybe that’s the difference.

Do you find yourselfChanging nature endlessly pursuing change and never being satisfied or do you take time to reflect and appreciate the changes that you have made and reap the rewards of your efforts? More and more I notice it is really important to actually celebrate and recognise the change we have made and breath in the new you and enjoy all of your hard work.

So go ahead and acknowledge what you have been working on- however big or small and give yourself a treat for getting yourself to this place, for changing your patterns, thoughts and feelings so you can move into a lighter energy of joy, freedom and that lovely sense of peace which comes when you are in balance and alignment with your true nature.
