How to get a good nights sleep with our Online Yoga Classes

Here’s a short 15-minute video to help you create and practice a short yoga routine to help you sleep better at night.

One of the most common statements I hear after students have practiced yoga class is that they have the best nights sleep of the week. This is due to the impact that yoga practice has on your nervous system. Yoga helps to gently rebalance the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system which leaves you feeling more relaxed with less agitation.

Here’s what one of my students experienced recently:
